Dear Sir, 

we inform you that our order  package shipment has arrived on time.However, after we checked, there was damage to several packages that you send. we ordered 200 packs of 1 grounded Arabica Coffee Beans on 14 April 2015. however after we checked. it was not the same as the sample and when it arrived there was some packs are badly damaged. 

As evidence , such damaged goods we send back to you for review and your concern. We hope we did not order the goods were damaged like this again in the future and will be glad if you are willing to replace them. we are looking forward to receiving the replacement in good condition.
